LaTora is the president and CEO of Gilliam Construction LLC. With nearly 15 years of experience within the construction industry. She currently holds four Florida Licenses (General Contractor, Roofing, Underground Utilities, and Real Estate). LaTora has been responsible for all day-to-day operations of the company since its beginning in 2013 and is a native of Sarasota, FL. She graduated Cum Laude from Florida A&M University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. She continued her education at Florida State University. LaTora believes that the key for Gilliam Construction LLC success is simple.

Christopher Mullinex Sr
COO
Christopher Mullinex Sr. is the Chief Operations Officer (COO) of Gilliam Construction LLC. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business. He is a Florida Licensed General Contractor and Underground Utility Contractor. He has over 20 years of construction and project management experience in all phases of operations including purchasing operations, contract administration, and construction project management. He also has experience with OSHA issues as it pertains to construction and ensures that all Gilliam Construction employees and subcontractors are properly trained and equipped with all safety measures prior to entering any job site. He also helps develop and address key strategic business issues company wide. Chris believes in doing everything the right way the first time by simply following Gilliam Construction LLC MISSION STATEMENT: To provide leadership, innovation, environmental stewardship and excellent services in partnership with the community.
